October 2025 – Gastrodiet Conference, Italy

We are thrilled to announce the winner of the inaugural Gastrodiet Best Abstract Prize 2025 is awarded to Jedid-Jai Blom, Canada for her abstract:

Poor Mediterranean diet adherence in treated Celiac Disease patients with fatty liver disease highlights the need for a personalized nutritional assessment to prevent and treat associated metabolic conditions.

Jedid received a cash prize.
