Young Clinical Investigator Program (YCIP)

All selected grant recipients must attend the JGHF Young Clinician Investigator Program (YCIP) which is held one day before the Post-Graduate Course.

This one-day course includes academic areas closely related to gastroenterology which are often not covered in detail in gastroenterology training program in the region, such as epidemiology, study design, research methodology, biostatistics, good clinical practices, clinical trial methodology. In addition, attempt will be made to impart skills related to better writing of scientific manuscripts, and on how to read and interpret published literature.
